Meet the Team

Tamara Litrich, Founder

Tamara is a seasoned Human Resources Professional with over 13 years of progressive experience from various industries including: financial services, public accounting, healthcare, hospitality, technology, e-commerce, non-profit, start-ups and private companies.

She has overseen all facets of HR including: full cycle recruitment, onboarding, compliance, compensation, benefits, employee engagement, performance management, retention strategy, and D&I strategy. She has successfully supported various corporations including, but not limited to: Rakuten, Icertis, Comcap, RomTech, Talley LLP, Legoland and SamTrans.

After graduating Madonna Catholic University, Tamara completed a Human Resources Certificate Program through Cornell University. She also earned both a Talent Acquisition Specialist and a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) credential through the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM). She is a current SHRM member and New York City SHRM Emerging Professionals Board Member.

Prior to her career in human resources, Tamara worked as an elementary school teacher in the SF Bay Area. She now resides in New York City and enjoys traveling, running and cooking.

Anne Olasanya, HR Generalist

Anne is an accomplished HR professional, certified as a PHRi, boasting over 7 years of invaluable experience. With a rich background in various HR domains including Onboarding Management, Recruitment, Employee Relations, Performance Management, and Retention, she provides a diverse skill set.

Anne’s career journey has spanned across multiple industries such as Finance, IT, Recruitment, and the Arts, collaborating with remote companies across Africa, the United States, and Canada. Anne is an unstoppable force, bringing creativity and innovation to our collaborative team.

Brenda Pineda, Project Administrator

Brenda is a proactive and versatile professional with over 6 years of experience. She brings a comprehensive background in remote executive assistance, onboarding processes, customer service, and project management. Brenda’s career has spanned a variety of industries, including marketing, international commerce, freight, the beauty industry, accounting, and HR, working with companies in both the United States and Mexico. 

This diverse experience has honed her ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently, optimize client onboarding experiences, deliver exceptional customer support, and coordinate complex projects. She is bilingual in Spanish and adept at remote work, excelling in environments that demand effective communication and organizational skills. Brenda ensures efficiency and enhances client satisfaction across cultural and geographical boundaries.
