Tamara Litrich, Founder

Tamara is a seasoned Human Resources Professional with over 15 years of progressive experience: financial services, public accounting, healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing, technology, e-commerce, non-profit, start-ups and private companies.
She has overseen all facets of HR including: full cycle recruitment, onboarding, compliance, compensation, benefits, employee engagement, performance management, and retention strategy. She has successfully supported various corporations including, but not limited to: Rakuten, Icertis, Comcap, RomTech, Talley LLP, Legoland and SamTrans.
After graduating Madonna Catholic University, Tamara completed a Human Resources Certificate Program through Cornell University. She also earned both a Talent Acquisition Specialist and a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) credential through the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM). She is a current SHRM member and is the Chair on the New York City SHRM Emerging Professionals Special Interest Group.
Prior to her career in human resources, Tamara worked as an elementary school teacher in the San Francisco Bay Area. She now resides in New York City, splitting time in Miami, and enjoys traveling, running, and cooking.
