Tamara Litrich, Founder
Tamara is a seasoned Human Resources Professional with over 15 years of progressive experience: financial services, public accounting, healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing, technology, e-commerce, non-profit, start-ups and private companies.
She has overseen all facets of HR including: full cycle recruitment, onboarding, compliance, compensation, benefits, employee engagement, performance management, and retention strategy. She has successfully supported various corporations including, but not limited to: Rakuten, Icertis, Comcap, RomTech, Talley LLP, Legoland and SamTrans.
After graduating Madonna Catholic University, Tamara completed a Human Resources Certificate Program through Cornell University. She has earned Talent Acquisition Specialist , Workplace Investigations Specialty Credentials and a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) credential through the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM). She is a current SHRM member, SHRM mentor, and is the Chair on the New York City SHRM Emerging Professionals Special Interest Group. Tamara serves as an Advisor for Strategic Value Plus Solutions LLC.
Prior to her career in human resources, Tamara worked as an elementary school teacher in the San Francisco Bay Area and taught ESL in South Korea. She now resides in New York City, splitting time in Miami, and enjoys traveling, fitness and cooking.
Brenda Pineda, Human Resources Coordinator
Brenda is a proactive and versatile professional with over 6 years of experience, she brings a comprehensive background in remote executive assistance, onboarding processes, customer service, and project management. Brenda’s career has spanned a variety of industries, including marketing, international commerce, freight, the beauty industry, accounting, and HR, working with companies in both the United States and Mexico.
This diverse experience has honed her ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently, optimize client onboarding experiences, deliver exceptional customer support, and coordinate complex projects. She is Bilingual in Spanish and adept at remote work and excels in environments that demand effective communication and organizational skills, ensuring efficiency and enhancing client satisfaction across cultural and geographical boundaries.
Sebastian Lopez Reyes, Bookkeeper
Sebastian is a dynamic and adaptable professional with extensive experience in financial lines underwriting, financial analysis, and risk management. He has worked with leading insurance companies across Latin America, the United States, and Australia, developing strong expertise in underwriting complex risks, analyzing financial and operational exposures, and providing strategic insights for clients in diverse industries.
He also holds an MSc in Financial Risk Management from Kingston University in London, further strengthening his analytical and strategic foundation.
Bilingual in English and Spanish, Sebastian excels in cross-cultural environments, bringing strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to every project. He thrives in roles that demand strategic thinking, technical knowledge, and the ability to bridge financial and technological perspectives effectively.
Tara Ryan, HR Assistant
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Neuropsychology and brings a global perspective to her work, having lived abroad in Florianópolis, Brazil. Tara is fluent in Brazilian Portuguese and currently based in Chicago, Illinois. Passionate about travel and cultural exchange, she thrives in dynamic environments that value cross-cultural understanding and strong interpersonal skills.
